THE HSPAS MET WITH THE EMBASSY OF REPUBLIC OF HAITI AND HEALTH GLOBAL SOLUTIONS USA
On December 8th, 2015, at Thanh Van Cosmetic Surgery Hospital, The Executive Committee of The Ho Chi Minh City Society of Plastic & Aesthetic Surgery (HSPAS) had a meeting with the Embassy of Republic of Haiti in Vietnam and the Global Health Solutions USA. During the meeting they discussed the development of the aesthetic plastic surgery industry in Vietnam, the United States and Haiti as well as the orientation of international cooperation in order to develop the aesthetic business in Vietnam.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Jean Lesley Benoit, Ambassador of the Republic of Haiti in Vietnam; Michael K. Obeng doctor, president and CEO of the Global Health Solutions USA; Dr Barry John Freeman, Dr Steve Gligorov, coming from Miko Aesthetic Center, USA; Assoc Professor Le Hanh, President of HSPAS; Dr. Nguyen Thanh Van, MD, MMed, Vice President; Dr. Cao Ngoc Bich, MD, MMed, Deputy President; Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hai, MD, MMed, Head of Financial Committee; Dr. Pham Van Can, Member of Executive Committee; Dr. Nguyen Hong Anh, MD, MMed, Member of Executive Committee; Dr. Vo Duy Thien, MD, Member of Executive Committee; Dr. Phan Minh Hoang, MD, PhD, Member of Executive Committee; MSc Phan Minh Nhut, the Secretary of HSPAS; Dr. Nguyen Diem Dieu, Deputy Director of Thanh Van Hospital; Dr. Nguyen Thanh Minh, Deputy Director of Thanh Van Hospital.
The meeting took place in a friendly atmosphere but so much solemn. Apart from exchange of aesthetic expertise, Ambassador also shared the culture, country and people of Haiti. Dr. Michael K. Obeng also spoke an attractive scientific topic on breast plastic surgery, liposuction, lifting the buttocks, skin rejuvenation, experience in autologous fat grafting ... During the meeting Dr. Michael also talked about the mission of the Global Health Solutions USA and a great opportunity for the HSPAS in development of the general aesthetic plastic surgery field in Vietnam. They can exchange and open the international cooperation relationship for development in healthcare, beauty for Vietnam in the years of development, and the upcoming integration.
